The International Conference and Exhibition of Chabahar Development in Chabahar Port (Chabahar Day) with the participation of 35 countries and 265 economic activists was held at the International Conference Center of Chabahar Free Zone on February 26, 2019.
The conference was attended by 115 foreign guests and 150 domestic guests from private sector activists and representatives of government agencies.
Introducing the capabilities of the Chabahar port as an affiliate of the countries of the region, creating sea passenger traffic, increasing freight traffic, investing in domestic and foreign private sectors in the maritime areas of the Oman Sea and Indian Ocean region, and attracting and recruiting new members from other countries to Chabahar Agreement was the goal of holding this international conference.
